Badminton has been more than a sport in my life; it has been a long-term path built around competition, coaching, discipline, and teamwork. Since 1386 SH, I have been involved in different roles including player, coach, supervisor, and sports organizer.
My continuous involvement in badminton has allowed me to experience the sport from both an athlete’s and a coach’s perspective. My coaching approach focuses on correct fundamentals, progressive development, training discipline, and building competitive confidence. Working with different teams and organizations has also strengthened my understanding of planning, coordination, and team management.

Since 1395 SH, Ardalan has been active in badminton as a player, coach, and supervisor, including athlete trips, provincial team activities, coaching organizational teams, and coaching at Niroo Neshat Academy in Sari.
A Grade 2 Coaching Certificate from the Iran Badminton Federation (1403–1404 SH) and the BWF Shuttle Time certificate from the Badminton World Federation (1399 SH).
One national championship title and one national runner-up title, plus multiple podium results as a coach.
Secretary of the Sari Badminton Board, Procurement Officer for the Mazandaran Badminton Board, and Secretary of the Eastern Mazandaran Committee.
